  • Tom Krusemark

An accounting major and graduate of Concordia College, Tom never imagined that he would end up owning a car dealership. Together with his brother Joel, Tom took the entrepreneurial risk and has now been a car business owner for 28 years. His experience in sourcing quality vehicles from auctions around the nation drives inventory fitting your needs at the right price. He loves the hunt and hustle for the right car and ensuring client satisfaction with our products and service.

In the time that the laptop gets closed and the phone set aside, Tom loves to relax at home on the lake with his wife and daughters, 3 spoiled cats, and a Miller Lite. He is quite the grilling connoisseur and prides himself in his vast knowledge of music, seeing if his family can name that tune. The place he finds the greatest relaxation and most revitalizing is Lake Tahoe, where the fresh pine air and snow powder is all Tom needs to enjoy some skiing.

  • Jim Rentz
    General Manager

Jim Rentz comes from 30+ years in the heavy construction industry where he started as a laborer and worked his way up to corporate officer. When asked what led him to his position at Valu, Jim's response was "I came in to buy a car and left with a job offer! All kidding aside, I was looking for a change and a way to reconnect with the Morris community."  In his role as General Manager, Jim can do exactly that, while also fulfilling his passion for helping people in this "great place to live and raise a family."

"I enjoy seeing customers each day and working with them. Valu Ford has a very good group of employees who are talented, friendly, and very welcoming.  It is a great place to work with good people and involved owners, but the best part of my job is that I get to have breakfast every morning with my wife."

In his spare time, Jim can be found working on projects around the house, yard or at the lake; he also enjoys cooking and spending time with his family. General Manager of Valu Ford & Chrysler isn't the only new title Jim has recently adopted; he also wears the badge of "Grandfather" with excitement and pride as this new chapter in his life unfolds.

A self-proclaimed Facebook and Pinterest addict, she enjoys using her eye as a consumer to analyze the back end of online marketing. Between occasional visits to the dealership, Hope's in good company working from home alongside her furry feline friend, Archie.

Hope and her husband enjoy their weekends at a little log lake cabin where she's greeted by sunrise yoga on the deck and coffee with a view. She brakes for yard sales and won't miss the chance to find hidden treasures to decorate her home at the flea market.

  • Dennis Kashmark

Dennis graduated with a degree in accounting from Concordia College. Little did he know that he graduated with the same degree, the same year as his future employer, Joel Krusemark. Dennis has been keeping things running smooth for Krusemark Automotive for over 20 years.

He appreciates the simple things in life: time with family, walking with his wife, doing yard work, and enjoying nature through camping, hiking, hunting and fishing. Consequently, his go to anthem is "Fishin in the Dark."
