Be Sure to Keep Your Tire Pressure in Mind

Is your tire pressure light coming on again? You may have an issue with a bad tire, or it could just be that you're leaking more air due to missing valve caps. Weather can also affect the tire pressure. How do you know what the issue is if your tire's not that flat, but you still get a warning?

If you re-fill a tire and it immediately drops again after your trip, then you probably have some tire damage. You can easily get light tire damage patched at a shop, but in some cases, if the damage pierces too much of your inner tire, you may have to get it replaced.

Your correct tire pressure is listed in the numbers on the tire or in your vehicle owner manual. If you want help with your tires or need a patch, stop by Valu Ford and Chrysler to get more information.
