  • Tom Krusemark

An accounting major and graduate of Concordia College, Tom never imagined that he would end up owning a car dealership. Together with his brother Joel, Tom took the entrepreneurial risk and has now been a car business owner for 27 years. His experience in sourcing quality vehicles from auctions around the nation drives inventory fitting your needs at the right price. He loves the hunt and hustle for the right car and ensuring client satisfaction with our products and service.

In the time that the laptop gets closed and the phone set aside, Tom loves to relax at home on the lake with his wife and daughters, 3 spoiled cats, and a Miller Lite. He is quite the grilling connoisseur and prides himself in his vast knowledge of music, seeing if his family can name that tune. The place he finds the greatest relaxation and most revitalizing is Lake Tahoe, where the fresh pine air and snow powder is all Tom needs to enjoy some skiing.

  • Jenna Christenson
Administrative Assistant/Marketing & Social Media Assistant

Jenna graduated from Benson Public High School then continued on at Augustana University where she studied Business and Communications.  Growing up she always had an appreciation for classic cars, so being able to work in the automotive industry and have the opportunity to learn more about cars is something she's really looking forward to.  "Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around," by Leo Buscaglia is her mantra.  From greeting customers in the showroom to connecting with people through our blog, the notion of empathy is always at the forefront of her mind.

Taking advantage of the land of 10,000 lakes, finding the hidden gems of restaurants when traveling, and challenging her grandma to a game of scrabble are few of her ideal pastimes.  When asked what her happy place looks like Jenna says, "Nothing beats a strong cup of coffee, a captivating book, and a cozy fireplace."

  • Hope Schmidt
    Social Media/Marketing Manager

Although Hope started her career as an elementary teacher, she's finding it very interesting learning her own lessons within her social media/marketing position at Valu Ford & Chrysler. A self-proclaimed Facebook and Pinterest addict, she's having fun using her eye as a consumer to analyze the back end of online marketing. Between occasional visits to the dealership, Hope's in good company working from home alongside her furry feline friend, Archie.

Hope and her husband enjoy their weekends at a little log lake cabin where she's greeted by sunrise yoga on the deck and coffee with a view. She brakes for yard sales and won't miss the chance to find hidden treasures to decorate her home at the flea market.

  • Dennis Kashmark

Dennis graduated with a degree in accounting from Concordia College. Little did he know that he graduated with the same degree, the same year as his future employer, Joel Krusemark. Dennis has been keeping things running smooth for Krusemark Automotive for 20 years.

He appreciates the simple things in life: time with family, walking with his wife, doing yard work, and enjoying nature through camping, hiking, hunting and fishing. Consequently, his go to anthem is "Fishin in the Dark."
